New plumbing, electrical, heating and AC were installed before the shell was spray foamed for extra comfort and rigidity. A vintage 1950’s design style was replicated with new birch wall paneling and colorful Marmoleum flooring. The original walls and cabinets were re-installed with new hardware and countertops.
